the wonderful world of collage

I introduced Clover to collage last week. It wasn't until I flipped more through the Martha Stewart Living that I was pillaging for pages to rip up that I realized that I hadn't read all of it yet. Oops. 

 

Clover thought that this activity was pretty awesome. She did a good job not squeezing glue everywhere, which was surprising since I can't get her to be very precise or measured in anything I give her to do. 

The next collage I started her up on, I just gave her a Sunset mag (amazingly, I also discovered that I hadn't finished this one too *sigh*) and let her pick her paper. What does she pick? "look, mama! it's Target!"....yes she ripped out a Target symbol from an ad and gleefully glued it to her paper. Then she ripped out one of those square smartphone scanny thingies and said it was from Home Depot. @_@ 

I'm like....you know there are a lot of pretty pictures of flowers and crap in there?....
