coffee cozy

 I knit this up for Tim last week after seeing some online recently. something tells me it needs a felt embellishment of some sort, but I didn't feel like messing around with it anymore once I cast off. 

it is supposed to be for his americanos when we go out for coffee, but it's being modeled on my slightly larger than a disposable cup Starbucks mug. 

I'm pretty sure this is Lion Brand cotton yarn of some sort. it's the same stuff I got to make booties for Violet out of. nice and soft. 

I've also got 2+ yards of indigo denim here now and even though I got it to make dark denim pants out of for the girls, I'm kind of liking the wrong side....

this fabric is destined for a couple new pairs of treasure pocket pants for both girls and some skinny jeans for Violet. I thought the denim would look really cute with some of my new prints. kind of makes me want to roll around in my fabrics and act creepy.
