Day two produced an unfinished pair of Figgy's Banyan pants in yellow linen, which is a little sad considering they had already been cut out and had markings transferred them a long time ago.
Clover was sniffly this morning and got the privilege of watching some TV during the day, which is how I got my sewing time in. Just as I thought I was going to quickly sew up the side seams and inseams and then finish up for the day, my sewing machine developed a bad attitude and caused a bunch of problems. Boo. Hopefully I can straighten it out tomorrow. And finish these pants..... Which look to be way to big for Violet even though they are 18 month size. Some length will need to be taken off, and cuff rolling will ensue.

I like where these pants are going. Hope Clover and your machine are better tomorrow!
ReplyDeleteLove that color and the pleats! I'm sure she's get a lot of wear out of these.
ReplyDeleteMy sewing machine loves to smart off right at the end! I hope feels better!
