they have been aging wrapped in rummy cheesecloth and wax paper with rubber bands
this one has been unwrapped and brushed with a spiced brown sugar glaze in preparation for the party tomorrow. I think I will make a little sign to post next to it with a little explanation of what it is....and maybe an alcohol warning. there are three other little fruitcakes, and I unwrapped a second one to taste. y'all, it is YUMMY.
